Feedback on the Presentation

The storyboard’s ending should be more clearly thought about. It was advised that I emphasise that the source of fear is something trivial, for example something banging that was blown in the wind. This would be scary for a young puppy gaining new experiences for the first time but not for an old dog that was already used to it. Could be turned humours. Initially, I had intended to leave the source of the noise/fear intentionally unknown and unseen.

It was advised that I make the actions clumsy and erratic, which I found to be perfect. Thinking back, within my animation references ‘Bolt’ and ‘The Present’, both included this type of movement in their character animations. I believed that I would be challenged by general quadruped movements, so I did not plan to make it overly complicated. I will try to design the character movement further with this in mind. Perhaps the character could scurry around the garden before entering the doorway.
